Safety is the foundation of not just our business but our entire industry. RAC is centered on scrupulous operational procedures at height and in high hazard situations. Our corporate culture is intimately tied to the principles of safety and routinely reinforces them through top-notch training, equipment management and good attitudes. We are committed to delivering the highest level of safety possible to our clients.

RAC policy and goal is for zero incidents. As of October 1, 2010 we had over 71,000 technician field hours with zero serious accidents. We don’t try to hide the “little” things either. Clients are free to receive our recent safety reports that show the truth behind every incident, no matter how minor. We believe safety is built on an integrated full-disclosure system.

Some Key Safety Components:

  • The best equipment: carefully maintained, tracked and inspected
  • Continuous in-house training and practice
  • Highest qualified supervision and safety management
  • 100% commitment from employees to strict safety protocol

All of our personnel are highly trained and certified professionals in the field of industrial safety. We have specialists in High Angle Rescue, Confined Space rescue, Rope Access rescue and rescue training.

Our tracking, equipment management and inspection procedures are above industry standards. Equipment is inspected and documented utilizing our comprehensive equipment tracking system. These procedures eliminate the weak links in our safety chain.

RAC utilizes a hierarchy of supervision that creates a culture and practice of safety. Our senior team members have been working within the work at height industry for 25 years. This depth of experience allows us to mentor and provide apprenticeships that develop strong, safely guided working teams. The following are some examples of our hard work.
